Hope in Suffering

Try as we might to avoid suffering, it pursues us. But what if there was hidden value behind the pain? What if we could unlock incredible hope, purpose, and eternal mission in the midst of suffering? This talk reveals the true power of suffering with Christ, exploring practical ways to access greater peace, hope, and even joy–whatever we suffer.

Finding True Rest

We turn to so many things for rest, yet find ourselves more empty and exhausted than ever. This talk introduces Jesus as the Person of Rest; the only One Who can truly satisfy. We’ll explore common roadblocks to resting in God, and discover ways to practically find peace through a deeper prayer relationship with the Person of Rest.

Courage in Fear

Holy Scripture constantly exhorts us to ‘be not afraid,’ yet the anxiety in our world and our lives seems to keep increasing. In this talk, we’ll unpack the ways that disordered fear distorts human reason, and discover the divine truth that courage is not the absence of fear; it’s the Presence of God.

Ignatian Rules of Discernment

This talk provides a dynamic, accessible teaching on St. Ignatius’s 14 Rules of Discernment. Together, we’ll explore the deep spiritual value of knowing the Rules of Discernment, while learning how to practically respond to experiences of consolation and desolation in everyday life.

Priorities and Personal Prayer

How can we commit to prayer or hear God’s voice more clearly in our busy, chaotic lives? This talk highlights common obstacles to establishing and persevering in prayer, with practical teaching on helpful prayer routines and resources.
